The Principal trainers with the Institutes are Laureli Blyth and Heidi Heron. They conduct, together or individually the NLP Certification Training through the world. From time to time, they may be assisted by our well trained Associate Trainers (below).

Laureli Blyth

Laureli Blyth has over 20 years in the field of NLP. She is a well known and respected International Trainer of NLP. Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Numerologist. American by birth she now makes her home in Australia. She lectures and teaches programs in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. The founder and director the Australasian Institute of NLP in Sydney, she inspires and assists others to use their minds, get their voice and have the life they desire. Laureli has a vast knowledge of the psyche and assists her students and clients to integrate their mind, body and spirit. Her wholeness approach and extent of her knowledge is displayed in her range of books that are available throughout the world, "Brain Power", "Dream Power" and the "Numerology of Names".

Heidi Heron

Heidi Heron has been involved with the technology of NLP for most of her life and is an accredited International Trainer of NLP, NLP Master Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She obtained her degrees in Psychology and Communication from the University of Northern Colorado and her Masters Degree in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix and is currently completing her PhD in Psychology. Heidi has a background in Corporate Human Resources Management and Personal Development. She has studied NLP with some of the top leaders in NLP and continues to up-skill herself personally and professionally. Heidi has been working in the field of Human Development since 1992. Currently, Heidi sits on the Board of Management of the Australian Board of NLP.

Your Associate NLP Trainers

The following Associate trainers may assist or lead the training of an NLP Certification course, workshop or seminar. All of the Institutes trainers are trained to the level of NLP Trainer, have extensive NLP knowledge and practical knowledge of the tools of NLP from their private practices.

Lawrence Tan - Singapore

Lawrence Tan is an accredited Trainer of NLP and has been an educator for the last 16 years. He is a music director and band coach for schools in Singapore and Malaysia. He has also led bands on overseas concert tours to Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong. He has also adjudicated at band competitions for schools. Lawrence is also a Success Coach for many teenagers; helping them achieve their desired outcomes in areas of academic, emotional well-being and personal growth. He enjoys helping people grow intellectually and emotionally. Lawrence believes that everyone has the resources to achieve their desired dreams and everyone can be a genius in their unique area of excellence.

Kilvert Croft - Edinburgh

Kilvert Croft began his interest in modern psychology and NLP in particular whilst serving in the Armed Forces. He continued working towards an even greater understanding and mastery of how the human mind controls thought, behaviour and communication throughout a career path of senior management, sales and operational roles with various public and private organisations. Kilvert is an internationally accredited Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP and professional Life Coach. On its formation, Kilvert has been appointed a Director of the Scottish Mentoring Network.

Dr L.Michael Hall Michael Hall is a developer, researcher, coach, trainer and prolific author in the Cognitive Sciences having developed the most cutting-edge new concepts in NLP and NS today, the Meta-States Model, Matrix Model, and co-developed the Axes of Change Model. Michael brings playfulness and humour to training, and is renowned for his passion and integrity. He co-founded the International Society of Neuro-Semantics and The Meta-CoachTM Foundation (MCF). Michael is the Academic Director and Researcher for the MCF and has authored and published more than 30 books to date.

Michelle Duval - Australia

Michelle Duval is an inspiring international master coach, speaker, author, trainer and founding CEO of Equilibrio, one of the fastest growing Coaching organisations in the world. Don Blackerby, Ph.D. - USA

In 1981, Don Blackerby established SUCCESS SKILLS, a training and consulting firm in Oklahoma, USA. He established SUCCESS SKILLS in order to allow him to expand Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) into new applications such as the learning process, peak performance in sports, and helping struggling students. Today, he is recognized as the foremost NLP authority on Learning Disabilities, including Attention Deficit Disorder. Through SUCCESS SKILLS, Inc, he consults and conducts seminars and workshops with schools, businesses, and agencies in topics such as: Health and Healing Applications, Leadership and Empowerment Skills, Enhancing Memory Techniques, and various topics related to Personal and Professional Communications.

Dr. Stephen Gilligan, Ph.D.- USA

Stephen Gilligan, Ph.D., is a licensed Psychologist practicing in Encinitas, CA. Stephen was among the group of students that gathered around the founders of NLP during its formation at U.C. Santa Cruz from 1974-1977. Milton Erickson and Gregory Bateson became his teachers and mentors. His work, known as Self-relations Psychotherapy, reconnects mindbody processes and encourages and supports radical change. The cornerstone of Self-Relations Psychotherapy is the understandings and processes of Sponsorship. After receiving his doctorate in Psychology from Stanford University, Stephen became one of the premier teachers and practitioners of Ericksonian hypnotherapy. Motivated by his experiences as a therapist, a teacher, and by his own quest, he developed a new practice of radical awakening incorporating Ericksonian psychotherapy, Aikido, Buddhism, meditation, and the performance arts.

Dr. Lutz Wezel, M.D. - Germany

Lutz Wezel is a general practitioner, psychotherapist, health-certified NLP Trainer, who practices medicine and psychotherapy in Germany. For the past 20 years, he has been developing a holistic approach that integrates scientific medicine, natural healing, psychotherapy and spiritual healing.

Lutz is on the roster of trainers for the NLP Health Certification Training along side Robert Dilts, Tim Hallbom and Suzi Smith.

Andrew Bryant - UK

Andrew Bryant has been studying and training human performance since 1982. He is known throughout Australia and SE Asia as a trainer, coach as well as being a trainer of trainers and coach of coaches. Inspiring, engaging, interactive and informative are adjectives used to describe Andrew. Andrew is the founder and director of Self Leadership International.
