The Meta Coach Training System Overview
Meta Coach Training is an accelerated coach training system that supports participants to move through learning modules, at their own speed and pace, to culminate in Master Coach status. Introducing Dr. L. Michael Hall, Ph.D.
Dr. Michael Hall is a developer, researcher, coach, trainer and prolific author in the Cognitive Sciences having developed the most cutting-edge new concepts in NLP and NS today, the Meta-States Model, Matrix Model, and co-developed the Axes of Change Model. Michael brings playfulness and humour to training, and is renowned for his passion and integrity. He co-founded the International Society of Neuro-Semantics and The Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF). Michael is the Academic Director and Researcher for the MCF and has authored and published more than 30 books to date.
The Meta Coach Training Modules
Anytime after you have started your NLP Certification Training you can begin your Meta Coach modules. There are two to complete: Module 2: Coaching Genius and Module 3: Coaching Mastery.
Discover how to follow the energy within the levels of the mind as you reflect on your own thinking and feeling. The focus here is on -
- How we create layers upon layers of meaning and take charge of our meaning making.
- How to stop creating interferences and sabotages and to release all of the energy spent on going around in circles.
- How to create a laser-beam focus for concentration and flow.
- how to set the most empowering new frames of mind that give you the kind of 'can-do' attitude that will make you resilient, centred, 'at cause', and passionate in your own life.
- How to more effectively set frames with others that invites them to step up to new possibilities.
- How to blow-out excuses that keep us selling ourselves short from our highest visions.
While the primary focal point of this training is on coaching skill development, this module is also a self and leadership development module as participants eliminate interferences, "get their ego out of the way", and eliminate other sabotaging thinking patterns and behaviours and is considered a self-development model.

Course Description: Eight days of intensive training introducing the final four more models of Meta-Coaching: Axes of Change, Matrix Model, Benchmarking Model and Self-Actualisation Quadrants. The models and patterns learned during the day are put to use each evening in actual coaching sessions to implement the learning's, accelerate development, and get hands on experience that will be benchmarked.

- Experience a coaching boot-camp that uses the intensity of the training to build up your mental toughness, inviting ou to identify and be coached to mobilise the resources needed to handle real-life pressures effectively.

- Be coached to create and complete your own Professional Development Plan.
- Fast track your competency skills in the 7 core coaching skills, the 8 change skills and 11 additional advanced coaching skills.
- Discover and practice getting coaching KPI's in a session and coaching to it for adding intentionality, relevancy, and succinctness to your coaching style.
- Get crystal clear on the distinctions between leading, managing and coaching.
- Discover the role of coaching in organisational development, leadership and team building.
Through rigorous benchmarking of the 7 Core Coaching Skills, by the end of this training participants will typically achieve Level 2.5 benchmarking in:
