Realistic Daily Price

$440 per day (business hours only), incl. GST. This price includes:

• Day room-hire with natural light
• Refreshments including tea, coffee, water and biscuits
• Flip chart, whiteboard, PowerPoint or video presentation (on 50cm Television)  
• Use of outdoor balcony

Catering

We are located near numerous cafes, restaurants and food courts for a GYO lunch (get your own). We offer for you to arrange your own catering, or we can arrange catering for you - for a nominal fee. 

Maximum Participants

While the room is large enough to hold up to 70 people theater style, we recommend the following maximums for premium comfort for all:

Theater Style:30 pax

Classroom:20 pax

U-Shape: 16 pax

Cabaret:20 pax
